      Hi Adel,

We’re from Club Karlsson in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This Friday (the 11th of March) we are organising a night on Libya, with ‘live’ feeds from several Libyan cities and connections with Libyans on the ground (via chat, Skype or ortherwise). We would be very happy if you could get online from Benghazi Friday night from 9PM till about 12 PM. Please let me know if this is possible. Also if you know other people who could do the same thing from other Libyan cities, please tell me so (rabotnik@xs4all.nl)

Go in there by the people with the weapons, “food, water, medical organisations need urgent access now,” she said. “People are injured and dying and need help immediately.”

Hi. I am an Argentine independent journalist. I am following the news of the revolution from the same 17 February. Since that day I’m spreading the news about what’s really happening in Libya through Facebook, Twitter, blogs and forums. However, I believe that this is not enough, I want that work with you, helping to translate your posts from English to Spanish, Spanish-speaking public that may have better information about what is really happening in Libya.
Unfortunately, many governments in Latin America (except Peru) have not been expressed forcefully against abuses and crimes of Gaddafi, so I think it is necessary that public opinion in these countries know the truth of the facts and to pressure their governments to once and for all these governments stop their ambiguous attitude and join the fight for freedom and democracy.
I hope you accept my humble collaboration and greet with a hug from Argentina.

    • admin says:

Thank you Ruben for the Kind gesture during this time of need. We have emailed a response to your email.

      Thanks

As many countries as possible need to be online with support both libya and all the other countries attacks are being made. Let’s try to muti laterally support all the protesters across the region much as we can need to get attention focused on the crackdowns first that being libya and syria… Just remenber many nations fighting for their freedom tonight. Good luck to all from ireland.

My Greetings to the ADMIN of FEB 17 info website

May I speak for all Libyans and say that we are proud of you, for what you have done so far, and profoundly appreciate your work.

I am a Libyan student studying in Cardiff and have participated in many protests for Libya to show our solidarity. However I want to do more and need your help.
Thus I have the following request to you:

Send me the Photoshop file of your logo, so I can produce t-shirts, posters with the logo printed on, in order to raise the awareness here in the UK and make a significant media promotion.
Your logo can also be used on the Libyan freedom groups on Facebook. Therefore if you send it to me I could suggest it for them to use as a united logo on there group pages.
As a personal request maybe you can put certain slogans for example: FREE LIBYA on the logo so i can make different T-shirts and posters.
Provide me with any more media art, so I can use for media promotion.

Your help could really make a difference here in the UK and your effort is very much appreciated.

    Sincerely
    Ahmed Elabyad

I want to ask something. According some media groups of serbian hackers attacked in the past a web site of “feb17″? Also media brought about live protests in streets of serbian capital, Belgrade and tell that there are less than three hundred people. Its looks like there are no so many Serbs interested on pro Gaddafi movement. Also was some discussion on Face Book web site that some people complain about so small number of protesters.
I write here because I did’n find any other contact on web site

I think that those who are working towards attaining freedom of Libya would to well to log on to tripolipost.com. This is the website of the weekly newspaper that sadly, is not being published right now. I find the website very informative and those who would like to know what is happening around us and through the international press would do well to follow it. I do, and as a Libyan feel that at least, besides the feb17. site there’s another website that is impartial and always updated.

    Hi
Below are extracts and links of interesting articles about Libya. The first is about the latest firefight at Bab Al-Azizia complex. It sheds light on what is happening to Gaddafi’s cronies. The second article names the leader/recruiter of the Tuareg mercenaries with quotes about what he and his buddies are doing in Libya. Scary stuff!

Please mention them on your front page. –

“Libya: wife of defecting foreign minister captured in firefight
The wife of the Libyan foreign minister who defected to Britain earlier this week has been seized by Colonel Gaddafi and is being interrogated by his “internal security” officials, The Daily Telegraph can disclose.”

“Aghaly Ag Alambo, former rebel leader of the Niger Movement for Justice (MNJ), is believed to live in Tripoli and is a key co-ordinator of the regime’s recruitment drive among the tribes. Sources in Niger told The Sunday Telegraph that Libya had opened recruitment offices throughout the Sahara since the uprising began and 800 fighters were leaving each week to fight for the regime. ”

I wish to thank Imran for pointing out to us a source of news, the tripolipost.com website. This is truly good for us who live outside of Libya and have this country at heart. Beside the feb.17 website, I think this is the only website that, by the way it diffuses the news can show the readers what is happening in Libya without the comments of the international websites that sometimes do more harm than good to those of us who want to see a free Libya. It points out what one wants to form an opinion, the facts. I therefore must ciongratulate those who keep it going.

THIS ATTACK ON LIBYA IS ILLEGAL –
    - FROM THE LIES OF BOMBING TRIPOLI [first cause to create panic],
    - MERCANARIES ATTACKING CIVILIANS [as if state had collapsed]
-TO STEALING LIBYA’S INVESTMENTS [ so he cant't use it to attack civilians ???]
    - QATAR SELLING THEIR OIL [the same nation who fathered the lies]
    - ARMING THE REBELS [many of the weapons were types only from west]
    - PASSING 1973 THAT WAS SIMPLY TO DESTROY INFERSTURE & ASSASSINATE AS THEY DID HIS SON AND GRANDKIDS
    - IGNORING HOW THE TRIBES ARE BEHIND THE STATE AND AGAINST NON-DEMOCRATIC COUNCIL THAT DOES NOT REPRESENT THEM
    - THE LIBYAN STATE HAS ALWAYS SAID IT WILL HOLD ELECTIONS AND WELCOMES DIALOG – BUT WE KEEP BOMBING IGNORING THIS???

People this was a preplanned operation that had from the start Western involvement intended to disable a nation set to become the ‘new’ Dubai who has very little debt – remember how many workers there were [check Kucinich CIA involvement - preplanned]

‘stopbombinglibya’ will let you know whats happening in the background of war wanters that wont lead to peace – If we want democracy then it is the views of the masses that counts not a foreign aided non-democratioc organisation. It is not only Tripoli here is Sanha: http://www.youtube.com/user/Rayyisse#p/u/4/jph87JiEX_Q

Check the demonstration of not just 1/7/11 but also 8/7/11

Youtube channel ‘rayyisse libya’ allows you to know what is really going on. How can we ignore all the ‘wars’ of the west butchering Iraq, Afghan, now Pakistan and elsewhere with drones??? – Webster Tarpley whoi knows the crimes of his government has visited Libya and explains the murderous actions of NATO – NOT PROTECTING CIVILIANS [tarpley.net]

This is an armed rebellion not protestors or revolutionaries this couter revolution raising the flag of a western puppet monarchy who had the country largely as nomads – seacrh for images of the cities there now. Where were the images like Egypt instead of protestors they were murdering civil servants. The rebels have commited the worst crimes against humanity butchering, hanging and setting people on fire [search them for youyrself if you dont believe it], especially darker Africans. These people should be arrested.

If you want demcracy then you want elections and peace – NOT WAR AND MURDER AS THOUGH THE BLOODBATH IN TRIPOLI WILL BE GOOD!!

Please wake up people the West is broke and robbing the resources of others and arresting the development of other states especially if they have their own banking system plus natural resources [alex jones, keiser report]

75% of the country are behind the Libyan state not NATO rebels who are dependent on foreign aid the people who planned it
95% of the peoplewho believe this war is good is based on deception

THIS WILL ONLY LEAD TO DEATHS AND A DIVIDED NATION – PLS TALK

  35. Mark says:

LOL… What part of another reporter killed by the state did you miss?

The only language this regime understands is that of the sword, that is why even the worlds most peaceful nations, such as Canada, Denmark and Norway are in the sky above Libya carefully, very carefully, picking targets. The regime choose this path by butchering it’s own people, and for once, the world will not stand back and be bought with the regimes oil or money. Should the world watch what it has the ability to stop?

But the regimes oil money is at work in the press, and buying influence among the weaker minds…

In Canada, all MPs voted, at the beginning of an election, 100% to support the military support of the Libya people, that has never happened before… Ever!

  36. Carlos says:

A MESSAGE TO AL MILITARY GADDAFI FORCES.

    SURRENDER.
    THERE IS NO ESCAPE
STOP FIGHTING THE NTC MILITARY FORCES
YOUR DUTY IS WITH THE LIBYAN PEOPLE AND THE LIBYAN STATE
NOT WITH A FAMILY OR PERSON
THERE IS NO HONNOR IN FIGHTING AGAINST THE PEOPLE AND BROTHERS
AND ALLOWING FOREIGN MERCENNAIRS TO KILL LIBYANS
THERE IS A SHADOW OF SHAME IN THE MILITARY CONDUCT OF THE ARMY
THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO CLEAN IT AND GIVE BACK THE HONNOR TO THE ARMY
THE PROPOSE OF THE ARMY IT IS TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE
    REMEMBER THE COLONEL STAUFFENBERG LEGACY
IN THE END IS SACRIFICE SAVED THE HONNOR OF THE ARMY AND THE PEOPLE
THE ARMY MUST PROTECT THE PEOPLE ARRESTING (IF POSSIBLE) COLONEL GADDAFI AND HIS ASSOCIATES
    PROCED AS CERTAIN

    END OF MESSAGE

you are idiots! and no wonder that your country will be destroyed… you all will miss old times with free rent, free medication, free doctors ,free edducation and getting every month $1000.. Idiots! you are a bunch of wild animals that destroying always everything…. Libya is rocking down to hell.

    • Mark says:

Free rent? free medication? free doctors? ,free education and getting every month $1000.. hum sounds like you are for sale… so is that how much you sold your soul to the devil for?

If thats all, then you got short changed.

All of the above is enjoyed by a citizen of any free European nation or a Canadian on a bad day, well ok $680 if you are in Hamilton Ontario and you dont have a job. But you know what? In addition to the above, people in those nations are not owned by anyone. They have freedom of movement, freedom of the press, civil rights and the freedom to vote a leader out of office the moment he try’s to take a bribe or stops supporting a free Libya!

Libya can be so much more than it is now, its rich in natural resources and in history and culture… all you have to do is reclaim that wealth and your freedom from the self appointed gang of thugs who have stolen it from you.

      Freedom is never free,
In a few short months Libyan Freedom Fighters have become an inspiration to the world. They are the stuff legends are made of, reclaim your soul and join them.

    • So what reason did they have to reject this Paradise? And at such a cost in blood!
What fever or contagion overcame them to make sacrifice their lives to destroy this state of bliss?
Sounds a bit daft to me. Do you think that ‘Someone’ put something in the water, perhaps?
Explain their reasoning. Or are the Libyan people just sheep to be herded at the blast of a whistle or yap from a dog?

you are the one that is nuts to think that those wanting freedoms is actually going to listen to you when they know that if Gadhafi had his chance they all would be dead for wanting their freedoms. Yes, Gadhafi has been stealing billions of the country revenues, while you sir, turn a blind eye in support of a evil dictator who would rather watch all libyans die rather than to give up his throne. Soon, your man will step down or will be forced out and Libya will become a free nation.

See this piece of movie. This it really happens in 25 April 1974, it was the portuguese revolution when Portugal became free. One army captain (Salgueiro Maia made it happen) in this video you can see that he was prepared to be a Martyr for the revolution when he pick up a grenade and put it in his pocket and was prepared to blow himself to kil the loyalist general if he had to and how he expose his body against the tanks challenging the General who was giving orders to shoot him. The result was that the crews of the tanks defected and the destiny of the Regime was doom.

I am so happy to see an end to all the corruption, oppression and injustice brought to a great country by a selfish, demented tyrant. • dada says:

hehe…e moj brate hrvatski, mamicu ti jebem, kad znas da ovo nije revolucija nego hitlerova okupacija jedne slobodne drzave koja vise nikad nece biti…hehe

  52. OnlyFacts says:

I only pray for the people of Libya… one question I have is you wanted Gaddafi gone so why use a flag that was used during colonization period, are you moving forward or backward. Will you support AU or African projects that were intended to free Africa from western powers. Will you still go ahead with Libyan dinnar or African monetory Fund or African Bank in all over Africa, which is no way bad for Libya & certainly not bad for Africa. There are legitimate questions. When you cannot make all factions in Bengazi drop their arms, how are you going to control all of Libya. Its sad that you guys fell for this American coup & did not try to find a peaceful solution working with the people – NATO just want chaos. You asked for western help so Gaddafi does not slaughter you – aren’t you guys doing the same in Gaddafi stronghold. NATO is bombarding those cities like hell… they are your brother so what they don’t agree with you. This is a holy month you could have given atleast one chance to peace eventhough you may not believe in what Gaddafi says. NATO was not going anywhere so why such rush. Its sad utterly disgusting to see what is happening in Libya.

  53. OnlyFacts says:

My other question is if you have enough support in Tripoli then why are guys from Nafusa, Misrata & Bengazi coming to fight. If you have enough support you can do it by your own without NATO bombardment. You are proving Moussa Ibrahim’s statement correct – a coward can also move forward with NATO cover. This is just terrorizing the people of Tripoli who majority of might be neutral.

  54. OnlyFacts says:

NTC chairperson says this movement is inspired by globalization… what globalization, don’t you see every western country is way deep in debt and on the brink of bankruptcy and yet you want to follow the same route. You guys were without debt and lot of liquid assest – will see where you end up in couple of years. Its like throwing axe on your own feet.

  55. OnlyFacts says:

Another question – if you enough support in Tripoli & have total control over it then why are you asking for UN to send army to bring peace & order in Tripoli instead of you guys doing the work. It’s just logical that outsiders are fighting and once UN army comes & control Tripoli you guys will go back to you homes. I just read a tweet from feb17libya ‘To families in #Tripoli: those who are able to provide food for the wounded in the hospitals and to FF” – seriously its shows how much support you have in Tripoli.

  56. OnlyFacts says:

Where is my first comment… aren’t you guys democratic. Everyone can voice their opinions, I guess you didnt like my take on your postion. “Its a start of corruption in Libya… will NTC keep Oil companies nationalized or will it privatize it. And there are seen of torture & brutality done by rebels (Amnesty) so will NATO now stop them. Stop fooling yourself – US proped up Taliban to fight Russia & is now killing them they will do the same to you guys. They just want you resources they don’t care about anything else. There is enough evidence of CIA coup. I am in now way from Libya or Gaddafi fan but I believe the best way to end this was just applying No fly zone. It started on a Lie & Libya will be another Iraq/Afghanistan.

  57. OnlyFacts says:

Also how on earth can a justice minister say that capture Gaddafi alive or dead… for god sake he is a justice minister – he has to say that capture Gaddafi & law will take its course. Is it a outlaw region or what and you say you will be better then him (what a joke). Second what happened to the murder investigation of Major Younes… just getting rid of previous cabinet does not solve the case. Also can you please answer to the below link (which many of your friendly networks have also reported) about Pro-Al Qaeda brigades control Qaddafi Tripoli. http://www.debka.com/article/21249/

  58. OnlyFacts says:

when an aricle posted on your own site says “How the special forces helped bring Gaddafi to his knees” then how is it your revolution. This is not a Arab spring… as I said before wait for your turn. And mark my words you guys will be the biggest losers.

  59. Envoy says:

A manipulation with public opinion in Russia doesn`t have measured, so most powerful Russian mass media made everything to create NTC, Free Libya & FFs` image as an image of extremists, hellraisers & destructive forces in Libya which cooperate with ‘NATO interventionalists’. Reasonable, crytically-thinking people will find out that it`s not truth, but, unfortunately lots of marginals accept this legenda. Now Tripoli & most western Libya are liberated, so both Ukraine & Russia recognized NTC as a legitimate power in Libya with a wide perspective of cooperating. A truth wins step-by-step and zenga-zenga`s regime`s crimes will be exposed sooner or later. A truth always restores. Free Libya was right and Libyans` fight for Freedom is fair. So don`t fear anything, Allah is with You, so be strong and win! Best wishes from Ukraine!

  60. OnlyFacts says:

Envoy you said “Reasonable, crytically-thinking people will find out that it`s not truth, but, unfortunately lots of marginals accept this legenda”. Only RT is critical where rest of the world media is reporting for NATO so who is marginalized western media or RT. As you said truth will come out & sure it will as it came out in Afghanistan & Iraq. Wait my friend just wait… now the rebels (aka Al Qaida… before you say I am wrong read your truth speaking western media reports… reported that military leader of Tripoli is Belhaj – al qaida agent captured by CIA earlier) in Tripoli want sharia law n they don’t care about the puppet regime of NTC. You can see lot of black killing & beheading (as in Afghanistan). Just wait as you did in Afghan & Iraq n see how Libya will be chaotic each passing day… n one day you will just stop reading news n go back to your life while this Libyan ppl who could have sorted the matter internally will be suffering the NATO occupation.

  61. OnlyFacts says:

“The Libyan Relief Fund is a Non-Profit Organization established for the advancement of Relief and educational services for Libya” — You guys have fund for relief n education… relief is fine but why for education when its bloody free in Libya. I am in Canada n it was all over the news that Libyans will have to leave their studies as funds have stopped coming from Libyan gov however most of the western countries have pitched in and accepted them. Just for a moment think where you guys are headed… you had your legit problems with Gathafi but you should realize that this is no longer your fight. The only thing I can assure you that if NATO n Al Qaida succeeds is that you will be begging for your education, medical n your life as Afghans n Iraqs are.

  62. Mohamed Ramli says:

I think only facts is one of Gardaffi’s agents who lives in Canada. if he likes Libya so mutch why does not he live in Libya under Gaddafi and how free he will be? also his words are very rutten it shows stupid personlity, for all that he writes with No name no identity so no one exist. The Money he is talking about was Hid stupid Gradafi’s assets, if this guy has any simpthy for the Libyan people he will open his stupid eyes and see the distruction that Gradfi lift behined all this killing of ancent civilians all the rapes his Army lift behined in Libyan cities, even invaders from another country would not do that you stupid facts only. if you have common sense you symptize with the Libyan people instead of Gradafi. as far as freedom you stupid in Gradafi’s era you can say what your saying now in this page dommy. the Libyan people deserve their freedom they paid high price for it dommy only facts. NATO help, with out NATO your stupid Gradafi will Kill more people I am not going on details you can see the distruction in Libya Gradafi lift behined big AW. I do not think you are even a Libyan saying what saying about Libyan people. I am sure you are going to say we should resolve the problem peacefuly with your Gradafi, I can tell you that Gradafi in six months the Killing from this Gradafi beyond imigintions. all this rumors about the true Libyan revlution, Not Gradafi change that made him the only dictitors for 42 years doing what he is doing best destroying every nice thing in Libya, you cry about education, go see Libyan schools what they look like, Health go to Libya and see the Hospitals what they look like under Gradafi, Libyan people they go to Tunis and Eygpt to find cure and the Gradafi people go to Europe for better hospitals and spend the people’s money on them selves. You are Very Stupid Gadafi Lover wish you will be with him, or Shut your big mouth up. thank you

  63. OnlyFacts says:

Ramli – I have asked legit question, it should not matter if I want to declare my identity or not. When Jahil ppl don’t have answers they accuse & abuse the other side, like you are doing. Read my article I am for peace solution not the way NATO is doing – you guys might want to be slaves of NATO. Just by your reply & accusing me, I can say you have not idea what the hell are you talking. Read UN statements about Libya “It was worst before Gaddafi & now it’s the best north African country (& better then few western too). First go n get the facts (thats what my name suggest) there are clear proof the NATO is fighting for their own sake, they don’t care about Libyans. Its ignorant ppl like you who after seeing what Afgan & Iraq are now still support this western countries. Your name is “Mohemed” but do you even know what the prophet Mohemed (PBUH) taught. He signed a peace treaty whenever their was an option even with those whom he knew that they won’t keep the promise (learn from treaty of hudabiya). There are ample proof of rebels atrocities, as per my understanding they won’t be better the Gatdafi. Why don’t you answer me instead of accusing me – as I said before you NATO worshipers will soon know what its like to get NATO’s help. All the accusations were refuted by your loving Human rights watch & amensty groups. I think you should keep your mouth shut as you didn’t answer my question, which clearly shows your lack of knowledge & your character.

  64. OnlyFacts says:

Mark (posted on July 11) – In Canada, all MPs voted, at the beginning of an election, 100% to support the military support of the Libya people, that has never happened before… Ever!

You are wrong Elizabeth May did not support the extension of the war. She was the only one but you should listen to her speach why she rejected. As far as Canada being peaceful – wrong again, Canada “WAS” peaceful after Harper became PM, it has effectively following US in its foreign policy.

  65. OnlyFacts says:

Anyone with a even a lil brain cells after reading this would know the truth… Its a long n poorly formated article but it takes truth more time to prove itself right. http://djosiris.blogspot.com/2011/09/libya-yes-im-saying-that-its-all-lies.html

  66. OnlyFacts says:

    In 4th March 2009 article:
“Libya’s people’s congresses, the country’s highest authority, have voted to delay Muammar Gaddafi’s plan to disband the government and give oil money directly to the people, according to a tally published on Tuesday.

Gaddafi presented the plan as a way to counter criticism of corruption in the government, arguing that it was so deeply entrenched that ministries must be disbanded and oil revenue handed directly to the people. But he also took pains to spell out its disadvantages. ‘My dream during all these years was to give power and wealth directly to the people,’ the Libyan leader, who took power in 1969, told the public as he put forward the plan.”

How on earth a council reject a dictaror’s plan….What kind of dictator whats his people to have money, seriously and after reading this you guys want us to believe that he was a dictator. If he was a dictator then he would have finalized the plan without anyone’s concent. He may be opressive – every ruler is but getting the NATO’s involvement is the most stupid thing to do. Best of luck for your slavery days.

  67. Mark says:

You might want to check your facts again, she was not elected to the Canadian parliament until two months after Canada committed its Air Force to support the Libyan people.
I believe you are being confused by the more recent vote to extend this support. That was 294 to 1 in favour. But no worries, It is her right to say no. Democracy is like that, something Libyans will now discover for themselves. But don’t be put off by your mistake, a frank and open debate on what the facts are or are not, is what freedom of speech is all about. If I don’t have time to help you discover reality, perhaps one of the other readers will.

  68. OnlyFacts says:

Mike, I never said about the first vote. I quote my sentence “You are wrong Elizabeth May did not support the extension of the war” – I said extension that means the 2nd vote. I am not against a “no fly zone” but it has to be just that not a covert operation. Also what boils my blood is how on earth canadian can support politicians who support Al-Qaida when our bro/sis are fighting the same goon in Afgan/Iraq. It’s utter hypocracy… why are we remembering those killed on 9/11 and what are we sacrifing from last 10 years. For sure Libyans will discover but I opinion is what Iraqies & Afganis discovered. Peace

  69. OnlyFacts says:

Mike, also as per my searching the truth n NATO’s earlier experience, I think I am sure what the reality is… but most Canadians need to watch something else then CNN, BBC…

Just to correct my self “Peace” was to end the sentence, thats not what Iraqies n Afganis discovered. What they discovered what hell on earth….

  72. OnlyFacts says:

Good news my frnds (not really)… didn’t I say that Libya will be another Afgan/Iraq. It has started, check this out & its from one of the western media. “A senior member of the Tripoli Military Council, and spokesman for Abdelhakim Belhaj, the commander of forces in the Libyan capital, was blunt: “Jibril represents no one. He is not welcome here. We have just fought to get rid of one dictator, we don’t want another one.”

When will you guys understand that its no longer your fight, its NATO’s fight n they will make sure Libya stays unstable so that they can stay longer. May Allah help you all to understand this NATO crooks.

    • Peace Maker says:

Only Fact, what can i say? than to hail you, and for your humanitarian concern so far, i’ve been campainging against EVIL NATO BOMBING in Libya, but d forum is overwhelmed by rebels comments and they startèd pointing finger on me as a Gaddafi Agent, though i educated them, but they turn me, deaf ear, because rebel blood is still flowing in their vein, as well as their rebel hearth is very sturborn. May Allah bless you(Only Fact)

too early to say Libya will be another Iraq or Afghanistan!

But can definetly say Gaddafi is on his way out and let’s hope we never see any of his family ever again.

    • Who died? Question answered.
Your kind of spinelessness never toppled a house of cards, let alone a brutal tyrant, determined to destroy everything before surrendering power.
The Libyan people have never been more in control of their fate. No amount of sneering and professional pessimism can diminish their achievement.
