April 21, 2011: This is an image taken from Tripoli, Libya where human shields has been placed on a Libyan State TV Satellite to prevent any attacks to destroy it. In the above image it appears a person is strapped to the satellite while below a few individuals, including children, are on the scaffold. It is not clear whether they are there voluntarily or not but this is a popular tactic used by Gaddafi as he shows no disregard over human life. A satellite is worth more to him than human lives.
This is a common tactic? Unbelievable.

Ben – these are the only shots we are provided with. Unfortunately it is a common tactic of his. He has human shields all around his compound for preventative measures against strikes but also in the event an air strike hits he can blame NATO for civilian deaths.
