Tripoli: British and US spies are reportedly secretly trying to lure Colonel Muammar Gaddafi’s closest bodyguards and aides with 10 million pounds so that they could hand over the dictator to the spies ‘dead or alive’.
Elite British troops from the SAS and SBS are protecting the cash carrying MI6 and CIA agents who are moving around Libya with the intention of assembling a hit squad to carry out the plan called “The Policy”, the Daily Star reports.
